Mary O. (Hazard) Crane

Mary Crane, 84, of Farmington New Mexico, peacefully went home to be with her Heavenly Father on October 28, 2022.  Mary was born July 6, 1938 to parents Ernest Perry (E.P.) Hazard and Rebie Howard Hazard in Saguache, Colorado.

Mary grew up in Saguache, Colorado and graduated from Saguache High School.  Mary met the love of her life and was married to her soulmate, Bud Crane, for over 60 years.  She was a devoted wife and mother all of her life. Together they had four children, 10 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.  She accepted Christ at age 11 and faithfully served Him all of her life.  She shared her love of Christ with her children, family and everyone she met.

Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband, F.L. (Bud) Crane; her parents E.P. and Rebie Hazard; siblings Ernest Perry Hazard, Jr., Claude Howard Hazard, Dick Hazard, Clara Ella Hazard, Dale Edward Hazard, Rebie Pearl Hazard, Ruby June Hazard and James Oliver Hazard; and great-grandchild Anthony Bolgrean.

She is survived by her loving children Becky Ferris (Joe), Tammy Crane-Baugh, Bobby Crane (Beverly), and Betty Sue Becker (Joey); grandchildren Christopher Ferris, Amanda Ferris, Keith Baugh, Sierra Bolgrean, Derrick Crane, Nikki McNealy, J.P. Crane, Bobbie Jean Crane, Melissa Becker and David Becker; great-grandchildren Charles Bolgrean, Keith Baugh, Jr., Oliver Michael Nugent, Zol Deluna, Adelaide McNealy, Izla Deluna and Jackson Perry Crane; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Mary’s care is entrusted to Alternative Choice Funeral and Cremation, 804 N. Dustin Ave. Farmington, NM 87401 (505) 325-9611.  A memorial will be held in the spring.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Childhaven or the charity of your choice.
