Tom Franklin Owen

Tom Franklin Owen went home to be with the Lord the 3rd of July 2020. He was born the 7th of August 1931 to Maude Bell and Raymond Owen in El Paso, Texas. Tom was the eldest son of Maude Bell and Raymond Owen's two children.

Tom lived a fulfilling life raising a total of 8 children. Five of which he shared with his first wife and three bonus children from his beloved wife Shirley Owen.

Tom loved traveling with his wife, fishing, storytelling, talking about the good ole' rodeoing days, and of course his beloved puppies.

Tom is preceded in death by his parents, son Tom, daughter Robin, and loving wife Shirley Owen.
