Shandiin Nizhoni King "Shine" was 38 years old, her clans are Tabaaha (Water's Edge) born for Tl'aashchii (Red Bottom People). King & Amos Yazzie, siblings Katrina Garcia, Gabriel Garcia and Glonette King, Girlfriend Kimberly White & Children; and numerous nieces and nephews. Proceeded in death by Father Tyrone J. King, Maternal great grandmother Marie D. Benally, Maternal grandparents Alyce B. Medina and George Soce Sr., Paternal grandparents Jimmie K. King Sr. and Lucy P. King.
Shine graduated from Shiprock High School in 2001. She worked for Animas Valley Caring Hands, Speedway convenience store and Ute Mountain Casino.
Shine was a hardcore Pittsburg Steelers and North Carolina Tar Heels fan. She loved being outdoors, camping, fishing, driving around and spending time with friends and family.
Pallbearers are Richard White, Tyrell White, Matthew White, Jalen Garcia. Devyn Garcia, Micah King, Derrick Sherman and Amos Yazzie.
Funeral services are pending with Cope Memorial Chapel in Kirtland, NM at this time.
