Mary Louise Martin

Mary Louise Martin, 88, a resident of Farmington New Mexico passed on January 3rd, 2023 in Farmington, New Mexico. Mary was born on February 5th, 1934 in Talala, Oklahoma to parents Clarence Hodge and Sophia Zenker.

Our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother will be greatly missed by her family. The love she had for all of her children knew no bounds. She kept us all on our toes, she was a strong woman, she kept us laughing and we all knew we were loved. She made life special. From the family and friends pool parties and barbeques to the Christmas and Thanksgiving holidays. She always went far and above to make the holidays so special for her family. She will be missed. God speed Mary, You are with Zack your cowboy now.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Zack of 67 years, her parents Sophia Zenker and Clarence Hodge.

She is survived by her children Greg Martin and his significant other Teresa, Michael Martin and his wife Carla, Marilyn Kreidler and husband David; Her sister El Freda Bateman; Grandchildren Casey, Christopher, Jade, Shannon, Trenton; and four great grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Greg Martin, Michael Martin, David Kreidler, Trenton Kreidler, Mark Roper and Ricardo Betanzo.

A memorial service will be held in Mary’s honor at Brewer, Lee and Larkin Funeral Home, on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Graveside service to follow immediately after the memorial service.
