Jose G. Valdez

Jose “Joe” G. Valdez,75, of Farmington, New Mexico passed away in Albuquerque, New Mexico on January 4, 2020. He was born on November 28, 1945 in Tapicitoes, New Mexico to Sofio Valdez Jr. and Rosalea Valdez.

Joe went to school in Aztec, New Mexico. He quit school at 14 years old to work to help raise his siblings. Oilfield work became his profession. He loved being with his family. He enjoyed watching old western movies and wrestling. He was the most loving and generous man you would ever meet. He was loved very much and will be dearly missed.

Joe is preceded in death by his loving parents; Sofio Valdez Jr. and Rosalea Valdez, brother; Tommy Valdez, and sister; Connie Ingram. He is survived by his sons; Matthew(Shelly) Valdez and Christopher(Rachell) Valdez, daughters; Rosemary (Joseph) Velasquez and LindaKay(Michael) Willett,E-Wife; Stella Chacon, sisters; Tina Leonard and Peggy Chavez, 23 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
