Jeanette Dixie Bartlett

Jeanette Canon-Bartlett, 78, of Farmington, NM passed away on Friday, May 7, 2021 in Farmington, NM. She was born on June 5, 1942 in Cortez, CO to John and Olive Canon, twin of Jean Canon.
Jeanette attended Cortez High School. She married Ralph Crowley for a short time in which she has Juanita Crowley, Ralph Crowley and Teresa Crowley.  Then married Gussie Brown and had Ivan Brown. Gussie Passed away in December 1975. She spent her earlier years staying home and taking care of her kids. Later she married Robert Bartlett who she enjoyed her later years of life with, they loved camping, rock hounding, gold prospecting, traveling and snow birding between Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico, together till his passing in May of 2017. She also enjoyed quilting, oil painting, wire wrapping jewelry and spending time with family and friends. She was part of GPAA (Gold Prospectors Association of America) and Roadrunner Association where she made lifelong friends.
Jeanette is preceded in death by husband, Robert Bartlett; parents, John Canon and Olive Canon; brother, Frank Canon; sisters, Jane Wilhite, Betty Wilhite; Florence Wilhite; grandchildren, Chelsea Brown, Ian Brown.
Jeanette is survived by sons, Ralph Crowley, Ivan (Leann) Brown; daughters, Juanita Crowley, Teresa Crowley; brothers, Jean (Sharron) Canon, Luther (Sue) Canon; sister, Louida Button; grandchildren, Crystal (Christopher) Kitchens, Buck (Korey) McDaniel, Heather (Amelia) McDaniel-Burrell, Cheyenne Brown; great-grandchildren, Raymond Kitchens, Arora Kitchens, Evyn McDaniel, MyKayla McDaniel, Rhys Willard, Donavan Willard, Isaac Burrell; great great-grandchildren, Corbin Willard, Pyper Burrell; along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Alternative Choice Funeral and Cremation. Memorial/donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
