Jack Junior Wright

Jack J Wright, 90, of Aztec, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020.  He was born May 1, 1930 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents Richard and Eva Wright,  his wife of 52 years Barbara L. Wright and four brothers and four sisters. He is survived by sister Florene Ensor of Aztec,  his four daughters and their spouses, Ella Kelly & Mark of Farmington,  Joyce Lewis & Terry of Aztec, Teresa Smith & Dale of Quesnel,  B.C., and Stephanie Stevenson of Aztec,  five grandchildren and their spouse, Erin Pruett & Jason of Greeley, CO, Eric Kelly of Newport News, Virginia, Megan Smith of Quesnel, B.C., Morgan Stevenson of Aztec, and Anna Lewis of Aztec, and numerous number of nieces and nephews.

Jack retired from El Paso Natural Gas after 25 years of service, was a Deacon at Bethel Baptist Church, Aztec and could also be found at any of his grandkid’s activities and events. Jack and Barbara loved to travel and making yearly trips to Canada was high on their priority list.

Graveside services will be held Friday, July 24, 2020 at Aztec Cemetery at 10:00 am.
