Franklin Barber
Franklin Barber, 72, passed away on Oct. 08, 2014 in Farmington. He was born on September 30, 1942, to John and Esther Barber.
He worked for the Railroad and in road construction and farming.
Franklin is survived by his daughter, Hilda Barber-Gleason (Andrew) and 2 granddaughters, Shantale Gleason and Ayiana Gleason; one great-grandson Aiden Gleason; sisters, Mae Sims, Louise Barber and Susan Lambert (Bill); brothers, Calvin Barber (Mary) and Melvin Barber (Marilyn).
Franklin was proceed in death by his parents John and Esther Barber, and his brother, Charlie Barber.
A funeral service for Franklin will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 13, at Cope Memorial Chapel, 404 W Arrington St. in Farmington. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Farmington, and a reception will follow at World Harvest Convention Center in the Mesa Shopping Center on Butler Avenue, Farmington.
