Deborah Lee Loughridge, 62, of Bloomfield, passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2015. Deborah was born Dec. 25, 1952, in Durango, Colo., to Lynn Carter Scruggs and Velma Lee. The family moved to Kirtland.
Deborah received an Associate of Science degree in social services. She worked in a secretarial position until she retired due to physical complications. She became a full time wife, mother and grandmother. Deborah was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed crocheting, gardening and shopping with her grandkids.
Deborah was preceded in death by her mother Velma Lee. She is survived by her husband Billie W. Loughridge; daughter Jennifer Lynn Jones; father Lynn Carter Scruggs; brother Frederick Reef Scruggs; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
