Bobbie Don Easterling

Bobbie Don Easterling passed away August 20th, 2020. He was 81 years old.

Bob was born on the 14th of October, 1938, in Clarendon, Texas. Bob graduated from Farmington High School in 1957. After short stints in both college and the US Army, he returned to Farmington. Married first to Beulah Easterling for 13 years, he then married Peggy Easterling in 1985 and they were married for almost 36 years. Bob worked in the oil and gas fields in and around Farmington for many years until his retirement. Later in life, Bob volunteered at SJRMC as a helper and in the gift shop alongside Peggy. Bob's hobbies included woodworking, puttering around the house, volunteering at the church he was a member of, and helping Peggy with her many, many, many hobbies. Bob was a member of the Mountain Vista Baptist Church in Farmington for many years, doing everything from making coffee to serving as a deacon and Sunday School teacher.

Bob is preceded in death by his wife Peggy and parents Fred and Irma. He is survived by his children Arthur Dean Marsh, Bobbi Dawn Easterling, and Jeanne Lynn Marsh and his grandchildren Christopher Ryan Marsh, Nicholas Brandon Marsh, and Eddie Shane Jurado.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, August 28, 2020 at Mountain Vista Baptist Church in Farmington, 4401 Wildflower Mesa Drive.
